Rachael Warner, MCP | Associate

 

Rachael Warner is an Associate in BAE’s Washington, DC office with a background in research, community engagement, and urban design.  She provides research and analytical support for BAE’s East Coast consulting assignments.

Prior to joining BAE, Rachael worked for the Montgomery County Maryland Planning Department, where she helped develop equity focus area maps, produced an infographic report based on county demographics for public use, and processed stakeholder feedback for the county’s General Plan Update.  She also worked as a Planning Intern at the City of Binghamton Planning Department, leading efforts to certify Binghamton and surrounding Broome County as AARP Age-Friendly Communities. 

Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Binghamton University and a Master of Community Planning degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is originally from Long Island.
