Eli Booth | Analyst

Eli Booth is an Analyst with BAE in their Portland office, where he provides research and analytical support for BAE’s consulting assignments in California, Utah, and the Pacific Northwest.  He specializes in real estate market analysis, financial feasibility analysis, and affordable housing assessments.  

Eli’s recent experience includes market analysis and financial feasibility analysis in support of new middle-income housing policies including affordable housing requirements and in-lieu fees for various jurisdictions in East King County, WA.  He also recently conducted stakeholder outreach and market analysis to support middle-income and workforce housing policies in Grand County, UT, as well as financial feasibility analysis to support affordable housing investment recommendations in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Eli has also contributed to neighborhood-level market analysis and economic analysis in support of other BAE analyses, including in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA.

Eli is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) degree at Portland State University, where he is also a committee member of the PSU Real Estate Emerging Leaders club and a board member of the CoreNet Oregon Chapter.  Prior to joining BAE, Eli was an investment analysis intern for NovaSource Development in Salt Lake City.  Eli holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Weber State University.
