Firdausi Sudarmadji | Analyst
Firdausi Sudarmadji is an Analyst at BAE’s Los Angeles office with a background in research, geospatial analysis, and community outreach. She provides data collection and research to support BAE’s work on market analyses, financial feasibility analyses, and development transaction support across BAE’s offices. She is currently assembling data in support of two northern California Specific Plan studies, including collecting demographic, economic, and real estate market data.
Prior to joining BAE, Firdausi worked for the City of Lafayette as a Planning Intern, where she worked on developing fire emergency maps, acquired multifamily housing information for the Housing Element, and collaborated on the City’s adoption of Vision Zero policy. She also worked as a Research Apprentice at the UC Berkeley Archaeobotanical Lab, creating a 3D display of an archaeological site at Lake Titicaca Basin. As a Research Assistant at the UCLA Center for Neighborhood Knowledge, she synthesized Los Angeles County rent policies for the Urban Displacement Project. She has also been involved with literacy mentorship and community advocacy.
Firdausi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with minors in City and Regional Planning and Geospatial Information Science and Technology from UC Berkeley.
