BAE Client in the News - California Dept of General Services Breaks Ground on Housing Development
CADA, CFY kick off Sonrisa Downtown housing project
BAE's client, the California Department of General Services is in the news for breaking ground on the first housing development following Governor Newsom's 2019 directive to build housing on underutilized state land. BAE assisted DGS in writing the developer solicitation for the site, evaluating developer proposals, and developer negotiations. BAE is currently providing development advisory services for affordable housing projects to Alameda County, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro), Los Angeles County, and the CA Department of General Services (DGS).
