City: 'Committed to affordable housing' Hiring, housing to go hand in hand?
BAE Urban Economics is in the news for its work on the Moab, UT assured housing policy work. BAE conducted a financial feasibility analysis to determine the extent to which new residential and commercial developments can help pay fees to be used for affordable and workforce housing. BAE also conducted a nexus study to determine the extent to which new development creates demand for new affordable and workforce housing.
