Farmworker housing opens in South
BAE Urban Economics is in the news for its farmworker housing analysis. BAE conducted a farmworker housing needs assessment for San Mateo County, finding that a lack of housing is negatively impacting farmers' ability to attract and retain workers. Following these findings, the County prioritized developing affordable farmworker housing, and is unveiling a new development.
